Tekno left the fans disappointed when he presented a lifeless performance at an event at the Transcorp Hilton in Abuja where tickets were sold for N1 million Naira for the Golden Table, N2 Million for Platinum and 7,000 Naira for regular tickets. Tekno, who had time to get on stage after Styl-Plus, Flavor N'abania impressed the crowd of around 1000, dropped them, whispered in the mike and abruptly finished the songs he played during the event. NAN reports that the singer was heard whispering in the microphone and saying sarcastically that the money he had paid had ended, much to the disappointment of some of his fans.
