Destiny's Child is the self-titled debut studio album of Destiny's Child's American R & B group, released by Columbia Records and Music World Entertainment on February 17, 1998. It features singles "No, No, No" and "With Me". It has won the Soul Train Lady of Soul Award for Best R & B / Soul Album of the Year because of both singles having a remix (Part 2) as well as having an original version (Part 1). Both singles are the first in the album. The album spent twenty-six weeks on the US Billboard 200 chart and reaches the number sixty-seven. In the United Kingdom, it reached the top fifty years, gaining a number in the 45 album charts due to its lead single strength, "No, No, No". The album sells more than one million copies in the United States and is re-packaged and re-released in some countries after the success of the follow-up album, The Writing's on the Wall (1999). The album has been known for the overall favorable reviews from music critics, including AllMusic and Rolling Stone.
