Rumour mill has it that Iyabo Ojo and her Lara Olukotun, the lady behind the famous Larrit Shoe Village (LSV) are no longer friends.
She portrayed as best friend of Iyabo Ojo, they were together and at one point, Lara's business shoe had Iyabo Ojo as an ambassador. The collapse between Larrit and Iyabo Ojo became obvious when the latter had officially opened his lounge and spa in Lekki, a few months back. Lara appears to have been out of the way despite the heavy presence of her close allies.
A few days after the party, while Iyabo sent messages to appreciate the grand parties, as well as those who supported him, Lara's name did not make the list. As he does this, Lara is busy sending messages that promote her business.
Some continue to say that he puts beef statements on his Instagram page suggested to most of their friends that something really wrong.
Larrit also attended the event of Iyabo Ojo at the Lekki Coliseum last year. He also removed Iyabo from the list of his contacts with IG. Most of Iyabo's pictures of Larrit's page were also removed except where he founded his brand (LSV).
Also when Pasuma had his 50th birthday and Iyabo Ojo hosted him at his place in Lekki, Lara did not attend.
Also in the grand event for the 50th Pasuma that took place at the 10 Degrees Event Center, in Oregun Ikeja, the duo clearly avoided each other.
“Larrit is fighting Iyabo Ojo because she betrayed her. They were so close and slept in each other’s houses, ate from same plate and shared many secrets. But she hasn’t come out to say the exact thing Iyabo Ojo did to her but we all know it has to do with Pasuma,” sources close to the two ladies said.
Lara runs a multi-million naira shoe shop in Lekki and she is doing so well for herself. She started up at Dona Mondana building at Salvation bus stop, in Opebi.
