The celebrity couple are expecting their third child via surrogate after Kim, 37, had difficult pregnancies with their first two children, daughter North, four, and son Saint, two.
Media reports indicate that the woman is due to give birth imminently.
A source close to the couple said: “Kim’s surrogate is due to give birth any day now, and so Kim and Kanye are ready to rush to the hospital. They’re hardly sleeping because they’re on high alert – at any moment they might have to drop everything and rush to the hospital. “They’re both excited, but it’s a tense time. They can’t wait to meet their new baby.”
