FRCN, RayPower Shut Down Over Tax Debt

Edo State Internal Revenue Service closed the station of Benin Federal Radio Company Nigeria and Daar Communications Plc for alleged indebtedness.  They gathered that the station, also known as the bronze FM and RayPower FM, was sealed on Tuesday morning by the EIRS official.  It was also collected that the revenue service was accused by Bronze FM that it had not paid a tax liability of N5.2 million while RayPower FM owed 4 million naira.
