EFCC To Arraign Senator’s Son Tomorrow For Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission will on Wednesday arraign Mohammed Adamu, the son of the ex-Nasarawa State governor and current lawmaker representing Nasarawa-West senatorial district, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, with alleged fraud to the tune of N92m.

The EFCC said in a statement by its voting spokesman, Mr. Samina Amaddina, that the suspect would be charged with one of Felix Ojiak's in front of the Federal High Court sitting in the canoe on five points bounding with money laundering.  The suspects were investigated for the first time following the petition of Ericsson Eric Esin, executive director of Biolocks Technologies Limited, claiming that Adam and Ojai had used their company name (Biolocks Technologies Limited) to execute contracts without his knowledge.  Esin also stated that the contract resulted in the accumulation of a deduction tax of N1.3m.  According to him, the contract was worth N26m, but the investigation into alleged fraud revealed that the actual amount of the contract was N92m. ...
“The suspects allegedly perpetrated the fraud by forging the board resolution of the company in order to open a new account in the company’s name where the proceeds of the contract were subsequently deposited,” the statement added. #Africa ... spill TEA.... Easy on Shade #jaiyeorie
