Dead Monk "Smiles" As His Body Is Exhumed 2 Months After Being Buried

Unique the images show a 'smiling' deceased Buddhist monk being encouraged by his followers-two months after his death.  The Revered monk, Luang Phor Pian, died on November 16 last year in Bangkok, Thailand when he was 92-year-old.  Originally from Cambodia, Pian spent most of his life serving as a prominent spiritual and Buddhist teacher in Lopburi, central Thailand.  When he died, his body returned to the temple where he served for burial. This week, his followers removed his body from his coffin as part of the traditional Buddhist ceremony.
