Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida is so sick that he has swollen foot, and is now unable to use any footwear or walk.
Babangida was Nigeria’s military president for 8 years, but was forced to stepped down after he annulled the 1992 presidential election believed to have been won by the late Chief MKO Abiola.
