ntel To Start National Roaming Test With 9MOBILE

ntel, Nigeria's most advanced 4G / LTE broadband operator, has announced a national field trial while roaming with 9Mobile.  Operators received regulatory approval from the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to begin a nationwide roaming test over a two-month period.  According to ntel, the agreement will allow ntel customers to make calls on the 9Mobile network using any 2G or 3G handset in the specified test area.  Commenting on the beginning of the national roaming trial, Ernest Akinlola, CEO of ntel said, "This agreement is an important step in the right direction for us as a company and for the telecommunications ecosystem.
