A deputy editor of the Nigerian news agency, NAN, Peter Ejiofor, and his wife welcomed a set of quadruplets after seven years of waiting. The couple who got married in the year 2000 welcomed his quadruplets, all boys, to a medical center in Lagos yesterday on December 28th.
Expressing his joy for the birth of his children after many years of waiting, Ejiofor said he had never lost faith in God during the years of waiting.
"It's just a miracle for me, I thank God for the wonderful gifts of a day like this, but we never lost faith in God, I always believe that God has something for we because the doctor always assures us that there is nothing wrong with us, so we waited patiently, I thank God because their mother (Hannah) is well and has just recovered because of the cesarean section babies have been doing well, and although I knew babies all along, it's a miracle to get them right now, and for those who look at God for a gift like this, they should to trust God, I sincerely thank the doctors, the nurses, the pharmacists and all the staff of the hospital, God bless them ".
