The kimono designed by a Senegalese designer, Selly Raby Kane is the new fashion rave as seen on Beyoncé , tiwa savage and Zanaib Balogun.
On June 15th, 2016, Twitter user, @LuluHaangala tweeted Queen Bey’s photo wearing the kimono by SKR with the caption: “@SellyRabyKane girl @Beyonce dressed in ur designs!!!! This is huge for African fashion! Congrats hon #wekeepmoving”. Selly Raby Kane, also known as aka SKR was created in 2008. The African fashion designer label is based in Dakar, Senegal.
