The leader of the Democratic Party of People (PDP) in Agege, Lagos, Raheem Oyeniyi, on Tuesday dismissed all Progressive Society (APC) congresses, citing the "sterling performance" of Gov. Akinwunmi Amboda as a reason. The Nigeria news agency (NAN) reports that Mr. Oyeniyi announced on Tuesday a letter of intent to the chair of the APC department in Orile-Agege. NAN reports that Mr Oyeniyi was a candidate for the PDP House of Representatives for the Agege constituency in the 2015 general election. In a letter titled "Letter of Intent to Return to All Congressive Progressives," Oyeniyi said that APC is considering a platform for updating their dreams for people. "I'm writing to let you know about your intention to move to APC. "My intention is to come back from the conviction that APC today is far more democratically inclined. "APC offers a forum where I can fulfill my people's wishes and wishes for better Nigeria," he said. Mr. Oyeniyi said he was the founder of KPC in 2013, but left the party for internal disagreements and dropped the PDP. "I've always been progressive since the Alliance for Democracy (AD), the Action Congress (AC) and the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN). "At the very least I did not contribute to the progress of these parties and inevitably my constituencies, financially, morally and otherwise. "I hope you will use your good office to facilitate the documentation you need to do," Oyeniyi said. NAN reports that the prime minister has copied the APC chairman into Orile-Agege, Agege, Lagos, the National Staff and all interested parties, including the national leader of Party of Bol Tinubu. Several PDP outcomes, including seven of the eight legislators from Lagos selected under the PDP platform in 2015, broke up with APC
