CΓ©line Dion attaches to victims and shooting families on Sunday in Las Vegas, injuring 59 people and 527 concert participants at the Route 91 Harvest Festival.  The singer returned to the stage of his stay in Las Vegas late Thursday night at the Caesars Palace with an impressive day. "We've lost too many beautiful, innocent souls on Sunday, and many still suffer," Dion said.  "But tonight we will allow these families to know that we will support them and help them in their tragic loss. We will dedicate tonight to all victims and their families, the first answers to doctors and nurses who work around 24 hours to save lives and so much with the number of heroes who did everything they could to help complete strangers in times of desperate need.  Dion, who stood on the stage with #VegasStrong on the big screen, also announced that she and the rival partners AEG Presents and Caesars Entertainment will donate all the proceeds from the concert to the victims of Sunday's recording.
