On Wednesday, August 30, the cast of The Royal Hibiscus Hotel, directed by the sensual screen goddess and main actress Zainab Balogun, paid a courtesy visit to Guinness Nigeria in Lagos. The visit was ahead of the screening of this new film at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2017. The movie Royal Hibiscus Hotel is co-sponsored by Johnnie Walker. Rachel Oniga, Kemi Lala Akindoju, Toni Tones and Deyemi Okanlawon, Johnnie Walker treated the delegation at the Royal Hibiscus Cocktail, a special creation by Kelvin Oduntan, waiter of the Nigerian world champion. The masterpiece of the cocktail is a fine blend of zobo leaves, sweet pineapples and Johnnie Walker Gold Reserve, and is named in honor of the innovative film of Ebonylife TV stables. Johnnie Walker has invested in two of the greatest Nigerian films of all time. The brand aims to take a step forward in its commitment, supporting the next generation and giving them the opportunity to share their talents with the rest of the world. Adenike Adebola, Director of Marketing for Guinness Nigeria, explained that "Johnnie Walker is committed to supporting the emergence of the most innovative Nigerian creators on the world stage.After all, walking and surviving tight strings is what we do.Therefore, we are committed to walking the film making the tightrope with the next generation of Nigerian narrators.
