The female CEO has changed the color of her hair for an impressive reason. It's not absolutely what you think. The Silicon Valley president, Eileen Carey, says he is coloring his blue hair to become more serious in the tech world. According to her, she made a research-based decision to change her perception to improve the likelihood of being more seriously understood as a leader, as opposed to perhaps as a sexual object. She said with friendly advice to proactively act against the abusive stereotype of blue women as emptyheaded or inexcusable. While running her company as a blond in male employment, Carey said she was afraid her hair color was less likely to be seriously understood by potential investors. "I continued commenting," So impressive you are so young and you started this business, "she said." They talked to me like I was 23, but I was 31, so I painted my hair. " But that is not just her hair color that has changed. Carey said she made a conscious choice to dress, wearing contact lenses and dresses in favor of eyeglasses, t-shirts, and strong jackets called androgens.
