A Nigerian man who killed his father deadly in a busy high street while his young daughter bought a candy was proclaimed guilty of murder.
Abraham Omotoso was found guilty of murder at Old Bailey on Friday, September 15th.
A 27-year-old "family man" and his father, Mohamed Al-Zufairi, 34, from Harrow, amidst white days at High Street Wealdstone, on Monday, February 27 this year.
A friendly father bought his eight-year-old daughter when he sent her to Poundland to buy sweets, the Metropolitan Police said.
As he waited outside, Omotoso approached him, and before Omotoso fell, he wore a coat with a hood, pulled out Mohammed, and ran away from where he was still holding the knife.
Mohamed's daughter was not witness to the incident, but she and her family "left scars for life."
In the statement, Mohammad's brother Jafar said, "Mohamed was a family man, his family came to the first place.
"I still can not really believe what happened to Mohammed, constant grief only worsens.
"It was like a massive opening just suddenly appeared in our family, our great brother was there for a minute and suddenly he was thrilled.
"None of us can understand or understand it, which makes it much worse for us to know he was killed.
"I think the hardest hit her daughter, she did not see her father being fired, but he was with him.
"She went to local shops to get candy with her dad and went home without him.
"She was last, holding her hand while she said" dad never came home with me. "
"Our lives will never be the same, they were scars."
Mr. Al-Zufairi was taken to London's central London hospital Ambulance Service, but despite the best efforts of medical staff and extensive operation, he was declared dead at about 2.30 am on Tuesday, February 28.
Post-mortem examination is the cause of death as a wound on the chest.
The day after the attack, police were informed that the suspect could be someone named Femi Omotoso.
About 18.00 this day, he was arrested for suspicion of a murder under the name Abraham Omotoso at Gatwick Airport after he just bought a one-way map of Nigeria in cash.
The detectives conducted a series of questions, including a CCTV survey that showed Mohameda walking with his daughter in High Street on February 27 before he went to Poundland.
It was also demonstrated that Omotoso walked on High Street in a "deliberate" manner, the police said before approaching Mohaming, fleeing to the scene and entering the black Range Rover nearby and drifting.
Officers followed Omotos' movements in the days they were running
