Nicki Minaj ‘Refuses’ to Console Safaree After His Uncle Got Stabbed to Death

According to the video the rapper shared with TMZ, his uncle Vincent Roper was stabbed to death in his home in Palmdale California, and no suspect has been caught yet by the police.
Speaking in the video, Safaree reminisced on the memories he made with Roper, how Nicki Minaj and the deceased used to be close.
You know, like, I never had someone taken from me you know? So, this is definitely the hardest thing I ever had to deal with in my life and he’s my mother’s brother you know? It’s just, like we were close, you know? He used to come by always clean my cars and we used to ride motorcycles. He used to always cook. So, you know um, we were close,” he said.
He went on to add, “When me and Nicki were together he um he used to be at the house. He used to be cooking, cleaning, stuff like that-for us. He was my only uncle that I had out here. I haven’t heard anything from um Nicki since it happened. I just, I don’t know.”


TMZ reports that the female MC only learned about Roper’s death on Wednesday, that it was why she tweeted this:
