Model takes to streets wearing dress made of money and encourages people to tear the notes off

A Playboy model,who rose to fame after getting a big fine for posing for selfies in a booth, has been strutting around New York with a dress made of money.  Vicky Xipolitakis encouraged strangers to rip the cash and keep it in a weird publicity stunt.  The 31-year-old actor was filmed walking the subway of the American city dressed in an unusual outfit and asked people to rip their notes while passing.  She said she wanted to give to others and decided to hand over money to travelers in the city
