Swift's breaking records with her new single, Look What You Made Me Do! Taylor Swift's track had hoarded 35,519,224 views on YouTube before 3PM on Monday during its first 24-hour launch. That broke through the 27 million views set by former Adele record holder for her Hello during her first day in October 2015.
The full video debuted at the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night, without the 27-year-old singer present.
But that did not seem to upset fans who had helped Taylor win the record for most of the views of a lyric video in 24 hours for the song.
