SHAME SHAME......... Cable Thief Disgraced and Paraded in Anambra State (Photos)

 A thief has got disgrace when he was caught red-handed stealing cable in Anambra state.

The  thief was paraded in public by the vigilantes in the community. He was forced to carry the stolen item around as a mob shouted and cursed at him.
