Hope Hicks, 28, a former Ralph Lauren model has been hired to serve as White House interim communications director, replacing Anthony Scaramucci who was fired after just 10 days in the position for making derogatory statements.
She worked as Trump's press secretary during his election campaign and she's reportedly his longest-serving political aide. Hicks will be making history as the youngest person to act in such position, which was created under President Nixon in 1969.
In that position, Hicks reportedly made the highest White house salary at $179,700 - equal to those of White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon and former White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus.
