Malia Obama arrived at Harvard University campus on Tuesday, sending the school into a joyous frenzy wanting to peep her famous parents.
On Tuesday was a move-in day for the Class of 2021, which includes the 19-year-old former first daughter who took a gap year before enrolling at the elite university.
Even if Malia tried to behave like any other freshman, she couldn’t help but turn heads.
“My cousin goes to Harvard & he saw @BarackObama & @MichelleObama on move-in day!” a Twitter user with the handle @farheeezy wrote, including pictures of the former first couple at Harvard.
A Twitter user under the name “Robin Daggers.” snapped and posted a picture of Malia. The photo appeared to be shot by someone behind the wheel of a nearby car.
“My brother & Malia are about to be besties… as my dad stalks her,” Daggers tweeted.
Boston Globe reporter Steve Annear said he approached Malia but she declined to comment. She politely shook his hand.
