TwitterNG users rewarded a brilliant girl who bagged 9 As in her West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) with cash gifts, textbooks, scholarships and mentorship.
A TwitterNG user @DrDamages had on July 21 shared a photo of Cynthia Chinecherem, and  her result, captioning:

She made A1 in all the 9 subjects she took in WASCE. Please tell Gov. Ugwuanyi of Enugu state to send her to a very good university.

On July 23, another user @Chydee who said he pledged to give to the girl N20k.
He asked his followers to donate to Cynthia Chinecherem.
As at Monday, 31 TwitterNG users had pledged a total of N525,500, while 23 had redeemed their pledge, total of N425,500 was awarded.
