Television Continental (TVC) reportedly retrenched 145 workers from its' organization.
An anonymous staff of TVC confirmed the massive lay-off of their reporters.
According to BBN who broke the story, It was gathered that reporters of the company located in various States in Nigeria all arrived the headquarters situated at Magodo area of Lagos , June 1st.
No concrete reason has been disclosed to be behind the mass retrench of workers.
TVC is an arm of Continental Broadcasting Service which also operates a Radio station, Radio Continental.
