Lil Kim unveiled her new face in Washington D.C. over the Memorial Day Weekend following , had a nose jobs, breast implants, skin lightening, blue contacts and platinum blonde weaves.

She is trying to look like the babes her ex cheated on her with,struggling with self-esteem issues.
