Mallam Nasir El'rufai, has debunked rumours
of being flown abroad to receive medical attention. The Kaduna State
Governor with his classmates at the United Nations University-Merit,
Netherland, where he enrolled in as a part-time PhD student of
philosophy in governance and policy analysis, was shared by his
lecturer, Dr. Joe Abah.
The UNU-MERIT, ranked sixth among the world best universities, is a research and training institute of the United Nations
University and Maastricht University, based in the South of the
Netherlands. The University has also been closely involved in research
for a variety of UN agencies.
