What Happened To Linda Ikeji? By Egor Efiok

This is just a tip of the iceberg of what I was referring to when many people waded into my fight with celebrity blogger, Linda Ikeji, two years ago and claimed that I was “jealous” of her wealth. People insinuated all sorts then…if only they knew. They did not understand the highly irritating “money miss road” syndrome that Linda exudes and misconstrued my comments. #PrideGoesBeforeAFall
Believe it or not, there is something like too much wealth and it can make one unhappy. I will be AFRAID to own ONE BILLION DOLLARS like Linda just boasted of owning…who wants to be a target of kidnappers and armed robbers? Thanks…but no, thanks…I am perfectly fine the way I am. She also bragged that she can BUY ANY MAN? Oh dear!
On a serious note, I miss my former Linda and am starting a campaign to #BringBackOurBeforeBeforeLinda. This is not the Linda I knew between 2006 – 2010. She used to be such a lovely, warm, humble, chick. I remember when the bragging first started…I honestly interpreted it then as celebrating God’s blessings rather than boasting. God knows, I cried tears of pure joy when Linda first travelled to America and took photos at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel where she was lodging. I cried because I knew where she was coming from and watched her work her way to the top.
Linda worked very hard and was so consistent with her blogging. She blogged for free because she loved her job. She was open…sometimes too open and I’d call her and ask her to delete some things she had written…but I gradually realised that her openness was actually endearing and the public loved her for it. I watched Linda’s attitude change as she grew wealthier and was at first worried before my feelings piqued to irritation or “bad bele” for those who prefer to interpret it thus Some things are better left unsaid, so I will not go into intimate details of several other incidents that occurred.
It doesn’t matter what anyone thinks at this point…my questions are: “What happened to Linda Ikeji”? “Where is the old Linda Ikeji”? “Who did this to Linda Ikeji”? I am worried…honest I am. #DisOneNoBeBadBele #BringBackOurLinda
