I am taking my bills to the Fraud Squad today and shall make a complained that I am getting bills without getting my service I am paying for. They are FRAUDS! of course I have a generator but 9 weeks is too much. Petrol is hard to get (150 to 300 Naira a litter if you don't want to waste your time for hours to cue up.
