 Bill Gates and Aliko Dangote, were in Kaduna to sign the Memorandum of Understanding on routine immunization with the governors of 6 states. The governors of Borno, Bauchi, Yobe, Sokoto and Kano were present in Kaduna, with the Sultan of Sokoto and the Emir of Kano
