Kelis channeling a 1960s sexy Bond girl, “bossy” chick Kelis has lent her gorgeous looks to a new ad campaign for Grey Ant sunglasses.
During a recent interview with Elle, she revealed:
One of my best friends works for Grey Ant, so when she called me, it was basically a no-brainer. You don’t say no to your dearest friend. But I’m so glad I got involved, because when I got to the photo shoot, I saw what they had planned-these incredible wigs, this totally ’60s makeup. It was really cool.She also revealed her love of wigs:
Why [go blonde] when you
can use a wig? Some people get a little nervous about them, I guess, but why? Go for the wig. Don’t be afraid.” She added: I kept the wigs [from the Grey Ant shoot]. They’re coming on tour!”
