 Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, has released a fresh set of rules for road users in Lagos.
LASTMA will now issue tickets to traffic offenders and allow them to go away with their vehicles, but asked to pay the penalty within a given time.
Anyone who doesnot pay their penalty will be arrested at home.
