Robert Mugabe named new #African Union chairman

Zimbabwean President, Robert Mugabe, 90, has been named the new Chairman of the African Union.

He took over from Mauritania's President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz at a ceremony recentlywhich held at the Union's secretariat in Addis Abbaba, Ethiopia.
