While I'm getting ready to share my workout videos on weight-loss and general fitness I thought I'd write this post since a lot of people on Instagram and some of my friends have questioned the rounder appearance of my backside. LOL
! Squatting takes up at least 10mins of my workout session. If you're consistent enough, you can expect results in less that a week! Whatever happens, don't tie your self esteem or self worth to your appearance. What really matters is the beauty beyond skin deep!
