The former TOWIE star, 29, took to Instagram to share pictures of the two of them and Rio's three kids, Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and 9-year-old Tia, at the demo.
In the caption she explained that they decided to go along so the children "understand what is happening in the world and [will] be part of the change".
The first picture showed the family of five amongst the crowds while they wore their face masks and carried a sign that read "BLM".
In the second snap Rio wrapped an arm around his wife as they stood with protesters carrying signs around them.

Because a human being that is happy on his/her own will never settle to be miserable with someone else.
When you find happiness on your own then you will be able to spread it and share it with someone else.
