Nollywood actor Samuel Ajibola met with hundreds of students on Tuesday, December 12, 2017; Motivate them and donate several stationery items at the STC school, located in the Ojuelegba region of Lagos, as part of a CSR effort under its Samuel Ajibola Foundation, which aims to improve the lives of young Nigerians ,
Samuel spoke at length about the importance of education and why it is really necessary for students to read a lot of informative books that will help them improve.
Students who were apparent fans of the character of the actor in the popular television series "The Johnsons" were so eager to know whether he was applying for admission to a higher institution or whether he had just fallen into the game actor. They also asked if his parents were in favor of his career choice.
The Future Awards nominee took his time to narrate his life story and how he got into Nollywood. He also stated that he was lucky to have gotten approval from his parents.
Speaking on the idea behind his foundation, Samuel Ajibola remarked; “The need to inspire the younger ones has always been something I wanted to do. These kids are the future leaders and as such, they need all the motivation and support they can get. If sharing my personal story with them and having a chat with them about life issues can help get them ready, why not?”
