The suspect, Mr. John Aboy, and two other men had attempted to get into the compound they planned to steal the diesel around 3am before Aboy who led the group was electrocuted. On seeing what happened, the two other men took to their heels and left Aboy to his faith. Police on patrol were said to have arrived the scene and took the hanging corpse away. Plateau State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Abuh Emmanuel, advised people with criminal tendencies to look for reasonable ways to make a living, saying crime does not pay and this is what ends it.
