Best Actress in a Comedy, Best Online Social Content Creator, and Best Actress in a Drama were all nominations for the comedic act.

Bimbo Ademoye shared the happy news on her Instagram page and then took a moment to look back at her path, noting how her 'Iya Barakat' identity, which began as a joke, has helped her reach greater heights.

After returning from Cape Town feeling under the weather, Bimbo stated that she woke up to find her phone on fire.
