As of January 4th, 2021 shows that the last time he updated his page was when he handed over to the present Lagos Governor, Sanwo-Olu.''To the Glory of God, I have just handed over the reins of government in Lagos State to His Excellency, Mr. Babajide Sanwoolu, after a rewarding 4-year experience'', those were his words on May 28th, 2019 on his twitter page.
Though he still claims the page with ''Official Twitter account of Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, Former Governor of Lagos State'', but not a single word for solid 20 months -- going to two years. Not even Happy New Year message from the former Governor who allegedly lost his his governorship ticket for a 2nd term at his party's primaries due to an alleged fall out with Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
