Rema in a series of tweet had spoken about his state in the Nigerian music industry and how people close to him are now considering him proud because of fame.
Fans and social media users couldn’t figure out why Rema decided to post such contents on his TL, but some reports claim it bores down to treatment at yesterdays BBNaija final.
This led to suggestions online, and twitter user with the username @fola claimed Davido slapped Rema. He said:
“Yea Laycon and few housemates wanted to take Selfies with Rema but his bouncers stop them which now made Davido angry that he should be humble, during the Process Rema sha chop slap. End of Story”.
This tweet went viral and many people began to drag Davido on the social media platform. The troll would now later state that the tweet was a lie, he wrote;
“Guys this tweet about Davido slapping Rema was just a joke and a lie. Thank you”.
Replying to his retraction, Davido wrote;
