The "Delicate"singer received one of the biggest awards at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards and, as she took the stage, Taylor Swift was honored with the Tour of the Year Award for all of her ‘Reputation’ tour achievements. Taylor told the audience: ‘One of the most wonderful things about the way that this tour turned out is that, for the entire 6 months leading up to the first show of this tour, every headline I read was, this is going to be a massive failure. And it really did wonders for my self esteem. It was great to hear people saying I was going to be playing to nearly empty stadiums.’
The superstar claimed that she learnt a lot: ‘One of the things I’ve learned is that life is really unpredictable and people can make forecasts and predictions, but those predictions and forecasts may not come true if there’s an unforeseeable factor involved, and that unforeseeable factor, in this case, was my fans.’
Taylor gave them credit for all her fans of her success, saying she owed everything in her life to them!
