Jennifer Lopez sued by photographer for posting photo he took

Second Act star Jennifer Lopez has been sued to court by a professional photographer, identified as Michael Stewart for posting photo he took. Lopez is facing a big fat lawsuit by a photographer who took a photo of her for posting the picture on her Instagram page

 

According to the lawsuit, Stewart had taken a photo of Lopez earlier this year which he licensed to a website back in June only to later discover the shot was posted on her Instagram.

It was learnt that Stewart is aggrieved over the move as he claims neither Jennifer Lopez, nor anyone on her team, asked his permission to use his photo.
Demanding to be paid for the photography, Stewart is suing Jennifer and her production company, Nuyorican Productions, for copyright infringement. That means he wants all profits she made from the photo, if any, or up to $150k in damages.... spill TEA ☕ Easy on Shade #jaiyeorie
