Tiffany Haddish Picked As The Host For 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards

Tiffany Haddish will host the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards on Monday, June 18 at 9 pm, the network announced Thursday. Categories and nominees will be shared at a later date. Tiffany Sarac Haddish is an actress and an American actress. After having starred in several television series, Haddish gained prominence as Jackie during the first season of the TV show OWN If Loving You Is Wrong from 2014 to 2015. Haddish follows previous presenters Adam DeVine (2017), Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart (2016), Amy Schumer (2015), Conan O'Brien (2014), Rebel Wilson (2013), Russell Brand (2012), Jason Sudeikis (2011) ), Aziz Ansari (2010), Andy Samberg (2009) and Mike Myers (2008). Formerly focused on the cinema, the show was renamed in 2017 to recognize the contributions made on television. The winners are presented with the statue "golden popcorn". TBS premiered on April 3, and also screened with Kevin Hart at Universal School's Night School, premiering on September 28th.
