Kiprotich, Herpha win 2018 Access Bank Lagos City Marathon .... Why should a Kenya partake?

   

Abraham Kiprotich won the third edition of the 2018 Access Bank Lagos City Marathon at 42km race. The finished 32-year-old Kenyan finishes at 2: 13: 04hrs to get the winner on Saturday, driving the grand prize of $ 50,000. Abraham's time set a new Lagos Marathon record, better three minutes than the record set by his fellow countryman, Abraham Kiptum in the second edition of the tournament held last year. The Kenyan duo of Ronny Kipkoech Kiboss and Benjamin Bitok are second and third at 2: 13: 23hrs and 2: 13: 29hrs, winning $ 40,000 and $ 30,000 respectively.
