MAC Cosmetics is doing the most with these #BlackGirlMagic collabs. Aaliyah fans launched an “Aaliyah For MAC” petition on Change.org, which gained over 26,000 supporters. The campaign worked! A brand new Aaliyah-inspired MAC collection is coming down the pipeline and its set to be released in summer 2018.
MAC made the announcement on their social media today letting fans know it was their loyalty that brought the collection to the forefront:
It's 16 years since Aaliyah passed away, her legacy continues to live on.
