In this interview,  find out more about the trending beauty;
Is this what you’ve always wanted to be?
Funny enough, No! When I was a lot younger, I wanted to be physiotherapist because I was obsessed with sports. Then I had my heart set on being a lawyer, so I studied law; However, during the course of my study, I realized I was in love with the subject but not the career. Now, I would consider myself a beauty entrepreneur.
What was your first professional job in the beauty world?
I don’’ think I have had a “first” professional job in the beauty world. I got my hands stuck in when I founded my business; so had to do many things myself from early on.
Career highlight so far?
Being nominated for “Young achiever of the year” for Women4Africa a few years back; it felt good to be acknowledged by a corporation that focuses on women and Africa- two things that I am sincerely passionate about.
How do you choose what looks work for each individual client?
When dealing with lashes, it is important to look at the shape of the client’s eye. The depth of their eyelids and how curly their natural lashes are, are factors that can make a particular style more suitable than another.  This is why we have a variety of styles to suit the diverse looks and individuality of clients.

Who’s your favorite celebrity you’ve worked with?
That would be Tiwa Savage, Tiwa has been very supportive since the Inception of my lash line – Blinx Lashes, and she was one of the first celebrities to wear Blinx Lashes.
Stephanie Coker is another great person to work with, she is so full of life and ideas and loves trying out different eyelash styles.
