The Federal Executive Council meeting which usually takes place in the Council chambers was moved to the conference room of the Aisha Buhari's office .
Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, told newsmen that the location was changed because the council chambers had some technical issues.
